I would like to see:
1. Automated work-flow (approval) for the certain selected incidents / services. (Currently, as I discover, operator can select for manual approval). This should be automated. The type of tickets that require the Automated Work-Flows include New H/W Request, Application Access Request etc. This would help a lot in big organizations and the financial sector.
2. Predefined templates for various type of IT related services. (Though it is easy to build / modify the existing templates, it gives some idea of how the templates could be used to its level best.
I am a new user of ManageEngine, but I find it very useful. I was managing IT operations for more than 5+ years.
I should admit that the Project module of version 8.2 is excellent. I used it for myself. I recommend for all the IT Staff to use for IT Projects.
