Also, when an auto ticket is raised from OpManager it cannot be configured (the site) so what i've tried is that the subject contain i.e. VPN - Chicago set Site "Chicago HQ" , the thing is that i like to set that so the technicians get fosuced on resolving the tickets that filling fields.
Another thing is, that if you enable "technicians" in business rules, i can set i.e. if techinican is "Charles Chaplin" put in group "Networking", so then i wont have tickets without an unassigned groups and it would be easiear to monitoring by them.
If both of them can be able to do it would be great if you can tell me how to do it.
