Dears,
I've created a new Role named "Operator" in SDP 8.2 , and I'd like to disable the "Adding Requester" function for Operator group's members.
For this, I've already un-checked "Adding Requester" box in Advanced Permission for this new Role.
When user creates a new Incident request, he still can choose Requester and when he add the incident, the below message is shown :
Error Message: "Request does not fall under your permitted scope. So you are not authorized to update the same"
The problem is, even by raising the error, the ticket gets open normally !!
Actually i'm looking for a way to not let the user to select the Requester.
