Please delete the existing database from the new SQL server and then
Step 1: Invoke ChangeDBServer.bat under [Service Desk-Home]\bin folder.
Step 2 Click Test to check the connectivity with the SQL server. The message should say “Connection Established”. Click Save.
Step 3: Start and Stop the ServiceDesk Plus server once.
Step 6: Now invoke restoreData.bat and check if it works.
