Re : Notifications for 'on-hold' service requests

It'd be great if there was just a General Notification rule that sends an email to the requester and/or technician when the Status is changed.  Right now, I see in the Admin settings that you can notify the requester when the Request is Resolved.  But what about any other Statuses including custom ones that are created.  Maybe I'm overlooking something that's already there, but I don't see an option.  Please advise.
