Re : Manage Engine Service Desk Plus on iOS device

By default Iphone App will you AD authentication. It will not support Multi Domain login. Requesters cannot login. Make sure you have generate the API key for your account from Admin-->Technician. Save the settings. Try to login into the application.

If the issue persist, use this settings in Iphone App

Servername: demo.servicedeskplus.com port 80 Username/password: demo/demo

@Guest: You can get to know the build number of the application from Help-->About when you login into the Servicedesk application (via browser)
