We're having an issue with group email notifications. Group members are not receiving notifications when a request is assigned to the group via mail fetching when it is sent from a technician. However, notifications are being received when a request is assigned to the group via mail fetching by a standard requester.
On the Notification Rules page, under Technician Notifications, "Alert group members by e-mail when a request is left unpicked in a group" is enabled.
Has anybody run into this problem?
