We too suffer this issue and reported it back a month ago. It is an acknowledge problem, but very annoying to lose this functionality (especially at the busiest time of the year for us as our Fiscal Year closed June 30).
We just went to 8208 hoping that it was fixed, but no luck.
I have a large stack of papers in my office waiting for this to get resovled.
