Re : DueBy Date - Can I this in Business Rules?

Product: Manage Engine SupportCenter PLUS 7.9.0 Build 7913
  1. Go to the Admin Tab
  2. In the Main Settings, choose Business Rules
  3. Click New Business Rule
  4. Modify "Execute the Rule" so that it is "When a request is created" and "During Non-Operational Hours"
  5. Match the following Criteria
    1. Category is General OR
    2. Category is "Not Assigned" OR
    3. Category is not "TSR" OR
    4. Account is not "ABC Corp" 
  6. Move to Category "Extended-Hours Program"
  7. Move to Group "Extended Hours Program"
  8. Notify Support Rep by email
