- Go to the Admin Tab
- In the Main Settings, choose Business Rules
- Click New Business Rule
- Modify "Execute the Rule" so that it is "When a request is created" and "During Non-Operational Hours"
- Match the following Criteria
- Category is General OR
- Category is "Not Assigned" OR
- Category is not "TSR" OR
- Account is not "ABC Corp"
- Move to Category "Extended-Hours Program"
- Move to Group "Extended Hours Program"
- Notify Support Rep by email
