Query Report - Stale tickets

Hello, 

This might have been posted before and I apologize. 

I'm looking for the query for a report that shows all requests that are open/on-hold/[custom status] that have not been updated in over a week. 
In the columns I would only want to see RequestID, Subject, Tech, Priority and Last update time.
