The replies to the notification emails are added as conversations provided the ServiceDesk Plus is configured to fetch emails. Please refer to the links given below to get the instructions to configure incoming emails and to troubleshoot any issues with the same.



With regards to the Technician Notifications, please let us know the action for which you want to notify multiple technicians.
