JSON in Service Desk Plus API

Hi,

I am wondering if it is on your roadmap to implement JSON request/response in your API.
I have started looking into optimizing the Outlook add-in for Support Center Plus to use JSON to increase performance

and i would like to do this as well for the SDP add-in as well.
