In the latest build of ServiceDesk, we have bought in Custom Reports for Tasks and Incidents together from the application itself. So you can upgrade the application to the latest on a test server and check the features that we have bought into the application. Once satisfied, you can then perform the upgrade on the production.
With regards to the report is the older build, please update us with the fields that needs to be shown on the Report, so that we can work on the report accordingly.
