Good day,
I am in the process of configuring a new hire request workflow and have a requirement to email a number of non-IT users who do not have technician accounts. I am looking through the request workflow designer and can't seem to find an easy way to accomplish this automatically. Is there a way to have the template set to notify a selection of emails upon creation of a new request? Or do I need to use a business rule to push the notification?
Any tips are appreciated.
