Re : Mutiple User open tickets for a one machine

Hi user,

Please verify if the option to list all workstations under Admin -> Self Service portal settings -> Requester Details is unchecked.  If selected, workstations associated to the requester alone will be shown.  If unchecked all workstation will be shown (by clicking the + icon in new Request form).  Please refer screen shot below.
