Re : New fields in Requester Details in new Incident Template

I'd be interested in seeing more available fields in the requester section of the template.  One option I have discussed with customers is a feature to include requestor additional fields perhaps with a check box to allow the field to be available or a 'special' field type.

Is this something that could be addressed.

I cannot find the reference as suggested (41171)

One other possible option would be to add 'New Service Request/Incident' to to the Actions button when selecting a requestor from the list.  This list could be the result of a search.
