Please provide us the following information so that we will be in a better position to help you.
1. the version of ServiceDesk Plus that you are in
2. are you scanning these machine through WMI or do you have the AssetExplorer Agent installed on the client machines
3. were these machines upgrade to SP3 from a previous service pack of Windows Xp
