Re : Network Scan Almost Usable!

Hi Ross,

Thank you for sending us the screen shots.

1. With regards to the SNMP scan, we will be bringing in a configurable option to use which method to use for scanning and that will solve the problem. As of now it is a behavior change.

2. For this issue, please reproduce this issue and send us the Support File from the Support Tab for anlaysis. It will be better to send the Support File to Support@ServiceDeskPlus.com.

3. We currently do not have the Scan Now option for Access Points, however we will check this out with our product team and update you further.

Please send us the logs to  the above mentioned Support email address, so that I can check this out with our product team and assist you further.
