Re : Applying Business Rule in Service Catalog

Hi users,

As such we have not yet started on Business rules for Service Requests.  Before bringing in Business rule for Service requests, we want to understand the use case of it.  Based on the discussion with our customers the key use cases were to assign to a Group (or technician) based on Site (or country) and to send Notification to selected technicians when a Service request is created.  We are not sure if any other function is expected in Business rule of Service requests.  We will be glad to hear further requirements (or these two are mainly required).
