Re : Pass Through Authentication Stopped Working

Please add the ServiceDesk Plus URL to the Local Sites in your IE check if that fixes the problem. The URL can be added under Tools-> Internet Options-> Security-> Local Intranet-> Sites. You can also refer to the link given below to get the instructions to troubleshoot the SSO Issues.


If the issue persists please send us the jespa.log file located under [ServiceDesk Home]\logs, the Support Files and a screen shot of the SSO configuration so that we can analyze this issue further. The Support File can be created under the Support tab.
