I just found this thread after posting another related question

I am trying to develop something like what you are discussing here but ran into a situation where the multiple support groups that need to be involved in setting up a new hire do not have access to the details of the main ticket in order to complete the tasks assigned to them.

Has anyone found a workaround for this?
