Re : MIME type

I've attached our SelfServiceHelp.htm file (zip format) if this helps.  The problem is with IE.  I've tried saving the files as Excel 2003 (.xls) and Excel 2010 (.xlsx) format and same problem ocuurs.  I've attached a screen shot of what a requester gets.
