Hi Priya;

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

How do I assign "unassigned" as a group - so that my service desk can see new requests (autologged) that have no group assigned to them (yet - this is what the service desk do - amongst other things).

Otherwise - yes, this is how I had figured this setting worked.
