Re : Asset status automatically disposed if not scanned in last X months.

Hi Sutot,

I am sorry to inform that it is not possible to configure the application to set assets automatically to "Disposed" state if they are not scanned for a while. As a workaround for this, I can give you a query which you can execute in the application and get the list of machines not scanned for 'n' number of days and mark them to Disposed state. 

Kindly let me if you would like me to send you the query to get this output. If yes, please let me know the database you are using for Servicedesk, whether Mysql or Postgres or Mssql for further assistance.
