KPI Report - Days Active

Hi,

I would like assistance on a custom query. I would like to know how many open requests are exceeding x amount of days per support rep. The below table is an example

                              Time Open
Department      | 0-2 days | 3-5 | 5-10 | 10-30 | 30+
Support Rep A |       21    |    1  |       |    4      |
Support Rep B |     31      |  5    |  1   |      4    |  2

any help on this would be greatly appreciated
