Is it possible to import requests from 1 SD server to another and keep the original date? When I export to Excel or CVS the date is formatted and it no longer allows it to be imported into the new server. Is there a query that will pull the original date from the database that will be allowed to be imported? I do not want to have 4600 tickets all "created" on the same date in the new server.
