Re : Logo will not change

Hi Dave,

The possibility is that the logo would have been added under Admin-> Organizational Details and not under the Self Service Portal Settings. We request you to make sure the logo is uploaded/selected under Admin-> Self Service Portal settings.

If the problem persists, please try deleting the browser cache and the cookies, restart all instances of the browser, restart the service ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and test the same
