Re : Custom Query Report

Hi,

You could get this by login to ServiceDesk Plus --> Reports --> New Custom Report --> Select a Module as All Request --> Proceed to Report Wizard --> You could choose the necessary fields from the available columns like Request Id,Request type etc. and in the Filter Options --> Advance filtering --> select the category is Hardware, subcategory is POS register, item is Pin Pad and run the report.
