Thanks for your feedback, you may very well be right "CCed user through email will be notified when a request is created/resolved/Closed. This feature is available in the application" but is this in relation to the reference for this request that was given above SDF-40795?
Please provide us with a URL we can go to that allows us to track and show the description you have for SDF-40795 as it's either completely inaccurate in conjunction with this post, or, you have another reference and URL that we can review for the actual requirement to ensure its accuracy.
