Problem is occurring for multiple technicians. When experiencing this problem and switching to Chrome, occasionally the problem does not carry over. However over time it will. This appears to be a memory leak or Java issue (see above for builds).
Also, I do not RDP or VPN. This is on an internal network connecting to the web url.
I have not tried emulating a lower end version. However when using IE8 or 9, since updating to 9.0, the site says that you may experience problems using an outdated browser. This is sort of a catch 22. Next time, I will try emulating iE 10 though.
