I wish to check the reason behind hiding Quick Actions menu or New Incident button for 'Technicians'. I understand the 'New Incident' button to be hidden from Requesters (so that proper template will be selected by Requesters) and as indicated by Maljeev, New Incident (or Default Template) can be hidden from Requesters view. It will be helpful to understand the use case to hide New Incident (or Default template) from Technicians view.
