Re : Created an extra technician record, can I delete it?

Now I'm looking at the support groups again and ASmith isn't there.  I'm sorry, maybe something was cached in my browser but it seems like it's all OK now.  I promoted the Requester ASmith to Technician, and he shows up on the list just once with the proper ID number.
