Re : set default value when creating default request

Go to admin / incident templates and edit the default request template - should be the one at the top of the list or the only one if you've not made any others.

Set the fields to be what you want the defaults to be.

Then save.

You can set priority, impact, request type, etc.

But you can't set the requester to a default.
