Each request has a field labeled "Time Elapsed." This appears to be auto-calculated by the system based on the opened date/time and closed date/time of the request. How can I run a report on this field? Ideally, I would like to report on the average length of time a request is kept open for. I am trying to get a sense on how long it takes to close requests.
