Re : 1st level resolution rate

Hi Rachana,
 
In our case the request is always re-assigned to the 1st level group for request closure. What we need is the number of requests that 1st level was able to close without assistance of another support group. So we need the number of requests that have been assigned to 1st level only and were never assigned to a different level.
