Re : DueBy Date - Can I this in Business Rules?

  • Execute the Rule 48 Hours since last update
  • Criteria Match
    • Priority is [Low, Medium, Normal]
  • Perform These Actions
    • Email the Support Rep
    • Copy myself and ticket management staff
I would be interested in being able to send emails for various reasons hinged on the DueBy Date, but can't find any way to reference it.  If you could help me with that I would appreciate it.
