Re : Assign Group and Technician dialogue not closing.

We do have a similar issue reported(SD-27681) and we are yet to fix the issue.

The issue happens when you don't have the field 'Group' on the template with which this request was created and so as a workaround you may go under Admin\Incident Templates and add the Group onto the specific template which should fix the issue.
