Hi Guys,
I have a report that displays the resolution of a ticket, we update the resolution to track it's progress.
As we add more information to the resolution the formatting on the inline HTML report looks terrible. Carriage returns do not show up, so if we enter:
[2-15] worked on a printer driver
[2-18] replaced the printer
[2-20] confirmed all is fixed
it will show up like this in the inline report:
[2-15] worked on a printer driver[2-18] replaced the printer [2-20] confirmed all is fixed
Then it will wrap based on the column width and all mash together, as a result the report looks highly un-professional.
How can I report on the resolution of the ticket and have the resolution field format in a presentable way?
