Hi Maljeev,

Thanks for the reply.  This isn't quite what I'm looking for, I realized I wasn't as precise as I could have been.  

I have a group that deals with sensitive tickets and I would like to prevent all other technicians (who aren't part of this group) from viewing any tickets assigned to that group.  Is this possible?
