Yes, that could be a problem.
To fix this issue, install 7 zip tool, using this tool and open the backup. Once opened, then remove the Archives, Custom, FileAttachments and Inlineimages from the backup and then initiate the restore. This should work.
Once restored, then we can move the above mentioned folder into the ServiceDesk folder.
We are working on alternatives for this issue, we will be implementing them shortly into the application.
