Re : Task email reminder, "Mail me before" does not work

Please check if the normal emails are being sent out from the application.

If they are sent and if the issue persist with the reminder notifications, then please recreate the issue and at the time of notification, if it is not being delivered, then please send us the zip of logs folder found under [ServiceDesk Home\Server\Default\Logs], along with the notification content and then email address to whom the notification is supposed to be sent.Also send us the screen shot for the configuration of the same.
